Top 3 Must Have's

It hasn't been until recently that I noticed I haven't done any must-have's or favourites post on my blog! Don't ask me how that's even possible because it's one of my favourite posts/videos to read/watch of all-time! Recently, a friend of mine has introduced me to Topbox's contest and I figured, why not hit three birds with one stone? - Share my all time favourites, an idea for a blog post and enter a contest for a chance to win Deborah Lippmann's Call Me Irresponsible nail polish!! :D You girls should definitely enter this contest as well! Deadline is on Wednesday August 8, sorry for the short notice so hurry up and GO GO GO!!! :P

Urban Decay Naked Palette - why is this even a surprise to anyone? Neutrals are a classic and goes with literally any and every occasion. The colors are gorgeous, the quality is fantastic, it comes with an eyeshadow primer potion and a brush - it has everything you need here. Currently, I do not own the Naked2 Palette, but I think I will be rewarding myself after finals haha it's about time ;)

Bobbi Brown Corrector - full coverage for under eye dark circles, need I say more? Yes, it's pricey but I would repurchase this over and over again. You only need the tiniest amount of product and you're good to go. I bought this all the way back in the beginning of the year and used it every day since then - i have not hit pan, there's only a little stoop in the middle. (Review here)

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil - Absolutely love this makeup remover! All the waterproof products that you love but hate taking off will not be a problem anymore, this takes care of everything! What makes this product different is that you apply it to your face dry and you need to take your time massaging it over your face to remove your makeup. So be patient, because the good stuff is always worth the wait and time haha. (featured in my skincare routine post here - I can do an updated skincare routine and a full in depth review on this product later if you guys wish, just let me know. I'm having a blogging brain fart here so comment/send in your requests!!)
.....

Hope you guys enjoyed this post and let me know what are your top 3 must have's! Most importantly, let me know what upcoming posts you want to see or any specific requests you may have - tutorials, reviews, favourites etc...

P.S Happy BC Day to those of you who live in beautiful British Columbia! Hope you're all having a wonderful long weekend! <3

  2. I like reading favourites posts as well :) My appreciation for the Naked palettes just grows with more eyeshadows I try. They're simply the best I have. I've heard heaps of raves about the Bobbi Brown corrector - good to know that a little goes such a long way. I just need to get myself to a counter and get colour matched. The cleansing oil sounds super effective, but I haven't heard of the brand before or seen it around here.

    1. Hahah let me know when you try it out - I hope it works for you since a lot of the people who don't enjoy it feels that it's too thick and sticky. But that's also why I said you only need a small amount of product :P The DHC Cleansing Oil is a really popular one in Asia, I'm sure you'll find loads as soon as you go searching for it. If you are able to place orders online, I'm sure you'd be able to get this easily :)

    1. Hahaha awww, I know it's so price hefty but I realized I can always cut down on all the other miscellaneous purchases I make and save for the better. I think I might make the splurge after my finals since the last couple of weeks have been pretty tough on me. Not sure yet but I'm inclined to haha

    1. I KNOW RIGHT?! LOL Another good makeup remover I also recommend that's more readily available is Clean and Clear or Neutrogena's Oil Free Makeup Remover (they're essentially the same thing, it's just your preference on a blue or purple bottle lol) but this only takes care of eye makeup and not face. So the DHC Cleansing Oil is like the whole deal here, face or eye makeup - it gets everything. :)
