Jill Stuart & Valentine's Day Tutorial

Although I'm not going anywhere tomorrow I decided to do a makeup look anyways since I've been wanted to do a demo using the Jill Stuart Fairy Garden Collection I got for my birthday. At first glance, it seems like you can't do a look with the given eyeshadow colors (frosty green, pink and burgundy purple) in the quad but, they actually blend together really well especially using the Asian/Japanese method to apply eyeshadows :)

Step 1: Apply your eye primer and then go over with the Jelly Eye Color in Twinkle Star all over the eyelids to give more sparkle to the eyes :D

Step 2: Apply the frosty green shade all over the lids up to the eye socket but not past it using a regular shader brush

Step 3: using the other side of the shader brush, dip it into the pink shade and blend it over the frosty green inwards from the outer corner. The frosty green would act as your transition color from the lid to the brow bone so don't blend the pink upwards, leave it so that the frosty green is still visible peaking over the pink color a little bit.

Step 4: line your upper lash line with a pencil liner

Step 5: using a crease brush dip it into the burgundy purple shadow and smudge out your liner; work from out to inwards to create a subtle smokey effect.

Step 6:  using a smudger brush bring the burgundy purple eyeshadow to the lower lash line going only one-third of the way.

Step 7: Since all the shadows are already shimmery, take only a tiny bit of the shimmery white frosty shadow and apply it lightly to the brow bone

Step 8: curl your lashes, apply mascara and falsies (if you want) and then you are done! Excuse the camera, the colors are a bit washed out due to the bright lighting but I think you get the idea ;) eheheh

Finisheeeddd! :)
